"Made a quote online to add a car to our existing coverages. The online portal said my normal agent would reach out. We didn't see the email so we called, at 4:38pm oops. Gina Johnson got back to us the next morning 9:00AM. The email had some things that were needed but Gina said she has me on the phone let's just do it now and we will be ready to go. Some simple questions about use and who will be driving and done. Super simple, super painless and Gina was great to work with. So glad this is the professionalism, and customer service being put forward. Took less than 15 minutes but felt so much quicker!"
