"Our bank account/automatic payments were compromised, and we received notice that all our insurance coverages would be cancelled, some effective July 2 and others on July 4 or July 9. "Shana Nelson has been my agent for 25+ years but for the past 15 years the service has steady decline. The communication and customer service in general are at an all time low . My calls rarely returned & when they do it’s after several days. I just recently spoke with Corless Hazard for a quote, she was very condescending, disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. This has prompted me to switch to another agency within State Farm. Sad that after being a Long time, loyal customer it has come to this. Update: Thank you Shana for reaching out personally.
